$350 until October 1, 2009 – Non-Members (includes 2010 $50 Membership fee)

**Full Payment for the AWMAI Conference must be received by October 1, 2009, online (www.awmai.org) or snail mail to AWMAI, PO Box 6284, Norfolk, VA 23508.
Conference Registration fees after Oct. 1 will reflect an additional $50 late fee.
First 30 women to pay for the conference get a Free T-Shirt & $10 in Raffle Tickets!

Group Cruise Rates – guaranteed ONLY until July 15, 2009
$320 – Inside Stateroom
$360-$400 – Outside Stateroom
$470 – Superior Ocean View Stateroom
$750 – Junior Suite

**Group Cruise rates are guaranteed until July 15. We will also receive any special sale rates if offered. Reservations after 7/15 will be subject to current pricing and availability.

Procedure for Payment
A $100 Cruise Deposit is all that is needed to secure your place on board! And Spouses/Partners/Friends may accompany you on the cruise for our guaranteed rate, too, as long as you are registered for the conference. In addition, each cabin booked through AWMAI will receive $50 in shipboard credits to use for the spa or a Margarita!

Submit your $100 deposit directly with our group cruise specialist, Caryn Graham, a.s.a.p., but no later than July 15 to guarantee that pricing will not change. Your deposit is refundable before final payment, which must be completed by October 1, 2009. Caryn will assist you with cabin selection and transfer arrangements. **Caryn will sign you up for the “Second Seating” in the main dining room to complement our conference schedule: Breakfast 9:30am; Lunch 1:30pm; Dinner 8:30pm.
