Administrative Coordinator - Elise Flynn

Elise FlynnSensei Elise Flynn began her martial arts training in 1990, when she took a karate class for PE in college. By the end of the second lesson she was hooked. She currently holds a Third Degree Black Belt in Chidokwan Karate-do, and a First Degree Black Belt in Hakkoryu Jujutsu. Elise has enjoyed years of competitive success, including some full contact fighting, but of late she especially enjoys the more intrinsic rewards of daily training, learning, and teaching. Currently, supported by an outstanding team of Black Belt instructors, she owns and operates her own dojo, and teaches the Karate program at Alfred University. Elise is a lifetime member of NWMAF, and is currently serving her second year term on the AWMAI Board of Directors, as Administrative Coordinator. Elise lives in Alfred NY, with her husband Scott, also a Black Belt, and her dog Bailey.
